Explore our rotating selection of wild yeast sourdough and handcrafted seasonal sweets. Our new menu goes live every Tuesday morning.
02. Reserve Your Favorites
Secure your order online early to guarantee availability as signature items are limited and generally sale out fast.
03. Monday Pickup
Visit our Shawnee location on Monday for your fresh-from-the-oven bakes. Start your week with bread that’s made with care.
The Weekly Ritual
How It Works
We bake in small batches to ensure every loaf meets our high standard. Our schedule follows a simple rhythm to serve Shawnee fresh favorites every week.
1. Weekly Menu Reset
New seasonal specials and bread variants are announced every Tuesday morning. Items sell out quickly.
2. Pre-Order Window
Place your orders online by Thursday at midnight to secure your batch for the Monday pickup. You can order and pay online for your convenience, but you can also place your order online and specify that you will pay in person upon pick-up.
3. Monday Pickup
Pick up your fresh bakes from our Shawnee home bakery. Local, fresh, and ready for your table.
Let’s Bake Something Special
Orders placed by Thursday are ready for pickup on Mondays. While this is our standard routine, we are happy to help with other times—simply use this form to request a different arrangement, or if you plan to pay in person upon pickup place you order here.
